i don’t even normally write reviews, but i felt compelled to today. i got the austin dream iced with oat milk and the turkey pesto croissant. the austin dream is so well-balanced - if you love something chocolatey and espresso-forward, not really sweet - this is for you. the thing that compelled me to write this, though, is the SANDWICH. this sandwich was so delicious, holy cow. will be returning with my boyfriend for this sandwich. that is all. (also i went through the drive-thru and the service was great - they were super speedy!)

Unfortunate that they take so long when it comes to making coffee and sandwiches. The coffee tastes burnt too! They either are rushing the shots of espresso, the roasting is off, or they're using coffee that is older. Word to the wise, upgrade/fix your equipment, invest in quality training for employees, and have secret shoppers frequently stop by. This will identify weak links that require additional training and give you accurate analytics on performance for dine-in, to-gos, and drive-thru. As a small business owner, this is easier said than done, but invest in your employees. I have noticed that there are consistent issues with certain employees. On the flip side, it seems you have found a couple passionate people to work here. I have spoken to a few employees already about how they feel about the overall work environment and they seem to me like some of the quality issues come from the higher ups and that they don't have much control. When asked about the bad reviews, they have actual reasons as to why performance suffered. They are overwhelmed and the support is lacking here. also fix your Wi-Fi please. I don't want to go to Starbucks.

This is actually my favorite coffee shop ever! Everyone is so nice and the coffee is always so darn good! After a long week of work I go and pick up an iced instant karma and it’s literally heavenly!

Dee and Haley have exceptional customer service and really made it a great experience for me. They were friendly, patient, very pleasant and happy to be there & had great knowledge of the menu. I usually go to the Malone's in Pflugerville (have sent like $300+ at that location because I used to go almost every day), but decided to come to this location today. Side note I only stopped going to that location as my work situation changed. They are still 10/10! The menu between the 2 shops is identical, and quality, ambiance and everything are exceptional. Love the huge bright big windows, with PLENTY of seating, indoor and out, board games, art and PacMan machine. Bathrooms are VERY clean like the other location which is important to me because I do work at coffee shops, I want to feel comfortable using the restroom. Today I ordered the Mocha Cayenne. It was a lot spicier than I expected (I am hispanic and my grandma makes spicy coffee but this was something else,) and they offered to let me switch the coffee out for another drink. I decided to get a regular hot latte. I also ordered the avocado toast which was fire and fresh as per usual. Just very impressed with their positive att
